Prior to founding Bearing Advisors, LLC, Adrian Burt worked for 13 years as an integral part of the Capital Markets recruiting practice of Smith Hanley Associates, LLC. While at Smith Hanley, he co-founded the Quantitative Research, Trading and Technology recruiting team. Adrian completed a BA in History from Hobart College in 1993.
